BNSeven
About

Payments infrastructure that a software company shouldn't have to build.

BNSeven exists to let a software company sell — checkout, subscriptions, cross-border tax, payouts — without building and maintaining the compliance and financial infrastructure that comes with it.

Why this exists

The work behind a sale shouldn't fall on the team that built the product.

A software company’s job is the product. Somewhere along the way, that team also ends up responsible for card-network underwriting, chargeback handling, and a growing list of tax registrations in countries they’ve never operated a legal entity in — none of which has anything to do with the product itself.

A merchant-of-record platform exists to absorb that specific set of obligations. We built BNSeven around the belief that doing so responsibly means the underlying financial state — what’s available, what’s pending, what’s held in reserve, and why — should always be visible and auditable, not a black box a merchant has to trust blindly.

What we build around

A short list of principles that shape the product.

Balances should be derived, not trusted

Every figure in your dashboard comes from an append-only ledger, re-computed live — never a cached number you have to take on faith.

Fees should be visible on the transaction, not buried in a statement

What was taken, and why, should be readable on the same record as the sale itself.

Compliance is a real service, not a checkbox

Tax determination and card-network liability are operational commitments we carry — not a feature we bolt on and stop maintaining.

Where we are today

Early, and honest about it.

BNSeven is currently onboarding merchants and building out catalogs ahead of enabling live payment processing. If you’re evaluating us for an active migration or a launch on a specific timeline, talk to us directly — we’d rather tell you exactly where things stand than let a marketing page speak for our roadmap.
